Happy Thanksgiving, and thank you for another great year of working together!
As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday and begin celebrating with our families and friends over the next few days, I’m reaching out to personally thank you for helping the GFC celebrate another great year. It’s customary in this season to pause and reflect on the blessings that make our lives as good as they are. While we take time to give thanks for all the good we enjoy together, I want you to know that my work at the GFC is one of the things I’m most thankful for.
I’m thankful for family, mine as well as yours, and for all the support and sacrifice we receive from our families.
I’m also thankful we live and work in a state that values its natural resources and those who tend them.
I’m thankful for the trust and confidence communities all around our state place in GFC everyday.
I hope your Thanksgiving holiday is full of rest, good food and family (and maybe some football, too)! I also hope that you are able to take a moment to reflect on what your contributions mean to our team, to our families and to our state! Everything you do for Georgia, the #1 forestry state in the nation, is deeply appreciated.
